Introduction:
As a New Yorker, I am constantly in a rush to get somewhere or finish something. These days I try to make a conscious effort to remind myself to slow things down and just be present. I think about this quote that I saw back in 2014 on the brick walls of downtown Soho. The quote read, “happiness can be found in the smallest of things. It is our passion to transform your everyday routines into more meaningful rituals.” I have never related to this quote more than now and I've decided to make the small things count.
Fashion:
Creating content has been quite difficult being cooped up at home. I’ve tried to be more creative and remind myself that I am still able to get some fashion inspiration by simply styling outfits and having mini photoshoots in the space of my home. I’m happy that I can showcase my creativity to my friends and followers.

Downtime & Exercise:
I'm excited for the time that I have to read more on the hammock of our porch. I've also managed to enjoy some downtime after work hours by discovering shows and movies such as Little Fires Everywhere (which I am totally obsessed with), The Irish Man, The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, and This is Us. I have continued practicing yoga and taking high-intensity training classes through live stream Instagram and YouTube.
Social Distancing:
My house, in general, is always busy so for me I find comfort in having all of us home. I find time to socialize with friends and family via virtual happy hours. Creating group chats, sending each other relatable memes. All these small yet effortless acts keep us together.

I find myself grateful for my body and that I can wake up every day. Now let’s make the most out of it and make this time fabulous.
